Exceptional
Liked: Lovely place. Great location for the views of Montepulciano. Amazing if you want to hang out at the place and cook for yourself. It has a bbq and kitchen etc. Nide seating area (which has a light in the top of it btw). Pool is great and much needed in summer. And real close to the village. Great wine makers local as well.. avoid the town ones and visit the ones outside of it.
Disliked: We expected there to be a washing machine.. but our Italian speaking friend said we was not allowed to use it due to the length of our stay apparently. But I didn't speak with the owner so I'm not sure 100%
