Good clean room on the main street
Liked: Location directly on the main street was very convenient for walking around. Clean spacious room with good air conditioning and mini fridge. Erica allowed us to check in at 2:30 and gave us great recommendations for activities and food. Good basic room for the price.
Disliked: It was a little tricky to find because the name here on Booking is different from the name on the sign on the building, but it wasn’t too hard to figure out. Parking was confusing because Erica told us to park in P6, but that’s within the ZTL. If we didn’t know better than to drive in and just did as she said, we would’ve gone through the ZTL and gotten a fine. Being on the main street meant that at 7am the church bells started ringing right next door and the street sweepers were out, so there’s no real hope of a lie in.

Liked: Great location, super friendly staff, clean room
Disliked: No views - windows were very high in ceiling. Shower door had come off runners and no plug point near kettle so you had to boil it on the bedside table.
Great location, helpful host
Liked: This is a great apartment to stay for exploring Montepulciano and the host was very responsive and helpful; he gave us some great restaurant and wine experience recommendations. Having free parking in the restricted zone was a real bonus.
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable for us but improved when our host told us that the overly soft mattress topper could be removed.

Liked: The location cannot be better. Parking is available.
Disliked: Communication can be improved because they are not using booking.com web site but only whatsapp, so all my messages sent with booking.com didn't have any replies.
