Liked: Very clean and quiet. The room was very spacious and cozy. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The owner is specially nice and attentive. The Tuscan food is delicious

Fantastic and sweet
Liked: I expected a basic hotel room, but we ended up with a very large apartment. I love the windows above the shopping area. It was so nostalgic.
Disliked: I did not like the lack of Google Maps directions and the fact that it took me asking 3 different people, including the police officers (they did not know), where their property was located to get that data. A bigger sign might be nice, or very clear written walking directions (as the map takes you into the red zone).
