Exceptional
Excellent place to stay in Montepulciano
Liked: Right in the middle of Montepulciano. Very comfortable and clean apartment. Washing machine worked well (no dryer, but had a drying rack.) Check in was easy with a code. WiFi was good. Had an air conditioning system which did both heat and cooling. Communicating with the host was easy.
Disliked: Bed was way too firm for my liking. It is within the ZTL so you have to park your car at one of the paid parking lots outside the ZTL, but montepulciano is veeeeeery hilly so expect to need to haul your bags uphill from the parking lots. The host can give you good ideas of parking lots in the area.

Liked: The location was amazing. Room was clean, shower pressure and heat was perfect. Wasn’t noisy at night. Host was lovely and received very informative message with recommendations for food and parking, we tried multiple places on the food list and found them all to be good!
Disliked: The parking is not that close, however the same would be true for any stay in this area. For us, it didn’t bother us but something to bear in mind if travelling with older / less able bodied people. We could have done with an extra towel also as we only got one bath towel each for our 4 night stay, however we never asked for more and the host was more than accommodating with everything else so had we asked I’m sure he would have helped.

Would recommend and definitely stay again
Liked: Fantastic property. Kitchen had everything you would ever need. Nice bathroom and shower. Great aircon. The pictures don’t do this property justice. (Should post more pictures!).

All the mod cons in this charming historical city
Liked: The location was brilliant, the room had all amenities including washing machine (with all detergents provided which was much appreciated). The size of the apartment is perfect for a few nights stay. The he’d is comfortable and the shower has very good pressure. Loved staring at the ceiling. Excellent air conditioning.
Disliked: No access with car inside the city gates meant it is difficult getting luggage up the hills and stairs to town.
Lovely accommodation. Super central and the host was very helpful!
