Exceptional
If you don't need internet service and can speak Italian, you will be okay
Liked: Location is on the hilltop town of Montepulciano so lots of restaurants and things to do and see. The location was great to drive to other hilltop towns in the area. This family run business was good at accommodating our needs.
Disliked: When we checked in, the person at the reception desk did not speak English and there was no internet connection to use Google Translate. We had rented a car and the B&B provided a parking space just outside the city center, however, they told us to drive to the front of the B&B when checking in and out. We couldn't find an online map that provided directions in the city center. This is a family run B&B and they did graciously give us a ride to our car for luggage purposes. We were not able to get internet service in our room. There was no cleaning service including replacing towels when we were there.
A spectacular place to visit and get a lot of culture, shopping, great views and wine & food
Liked: The hospitality and support was exceptional. The food was delicious and they were very helpful. Please have your translator app as it’s no fault of theirs but they are from Italy and you will need some assistance. Truly a treasure of a find and please do their wine tasting. Amazing.
Disliked: The parking but it’s ok you don’t need a car in this village. It’s all in walking proximity. Wear a comfy shoe and have a jacket.

Liked: Room and resturant were fantastic. The 2 brothers and father were very helpful even drove us down to a laundromat and picked us up 2 hours later. The staff at their wine shop were excellent

Liked: We loved the location, the view, the restaurant and the wine and most of all the hospitality of Francesco, Adriano, Erica, Giacomo and all the staff which made this stay so memorable.
A great stay with friendly people!
Liked: We loved the location and the staff. It was very central in Montepulciano, and everyone went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend dining at the restaurant for lunch or dinner (ask for a table on the terrace because the view is amazing!). We would also recommend booking the wine tasting experience in the cellar. The team were so friendly and knowledgeable! Our room was specious, and walking distance to everything you'd want to see in Montepulciano. A fantastic stay, and we would stay again. Thank you so much!
Disliked: The air conditioning was only in the half mezzanine level of our room, so struggled to get down to our bed at the bottom of the stairs. However we didn't know there would be any AC because the property listing didn't have it, so it was a bonus to have any - since it was a heatwave of 37 degrees Celcius when we stayed! Thank you for everything, it was a wonderful stay.
Liked: Breathtaking view, amazing hospitality! The vibe of the restaurant and terrace was amazing! Food was great! A touch of Tuscany inside an out!
