Exceptional
great hotel to stay in Montepulciano
Liked: Great Staff! Alessio was great. Took care of us and answered all questions. The palazzo is in a great place near the piazza.
Disliked: They should have several irons available not just one because when someone has it in their room there is no way of finding it
Liked: We enjoyed the boutique size of the hotel. Excellent shower and bathroom. Renovations were well appointed. The location is great. Simone is professional and helpful in navigating the parking. If and when we return to Montepulciano, Palazzo del Mercante is our go to place to stay.
Disliked: Parking 🤪....that is not the hotel's problem...one needs patience in dealing with the parking in Montepulciano. I got my extra "steps" in.
Very good location for a stay in Montepulciano
Liked: Very good location and nicely decorated. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: Breakfast items were a little style!
Great location
Liked: We were greeted by Alessio, who was very nice. The room was spacious, the bathroom was also spacious. The place is right in the center of Montepolicino, 5 minutes from all the main sites. The breakfast was quite poor, which is a shame. Overall, we loved the place.
Disliked: If you book, take into account that there is no elevator and you have to climb at least 30 steps with your luggage. It should be noted that we received help with our luggage both upon arrival and departure.
Alessio and his brother were amazing hosts and helped with restaurants and parking and made the n stay amazing
Liked: Very clean
Disliked: Everything was fine
Liked: Fully renovated and impressive room, excellent location.
