Exceptional
Podere Poggio al Sole was the peaceful retreat our souls needed
Liked: Podere Poggio al Sole provided the quiet sanctuary that we were looking for in Tuscany. Manola was extremely kind and welcoming to us, we loved having her as our host. We immediately fell in love with the property and the area in general. Enough to get us talking about moving there! We loved that the property was just a short drive to Montepulciano city center. We also loved that you could easily take a walk from the property through the Tuscan country side.
Disliked: The bed could have been more comfortable but we were so happy to be there that we didn't mind.

Liked: absolutely gorgeous stay at podere poggio al sole, the owner / staff where the most accommodating while we had delays on the drive to, we had the warmest welcoming on arrival with cheeses and wine. the place itself was a great escape with absolutely breathtaking views and a large well maintained pool. Our room with the kitchen was perfect to cook in they had absolutely everything you can think of. 10/10 would visit again

Exquisite estate in the Tuscan countryside
Liked: What a beautiful setting in the Tuscan countryside. So convenient to Montepulciano, but quietly tucked away in the valley below. The pool is a beautiful amenity to accompany what was a very comfortable room, relaxing estate and welcoming hosts. We'd love to go back again soon.
Authentic and beautiful stay in iconic Montepulciano
Liked: The cluster of stone building is out of a fairy tale. The grounds are gorgeous and the views stunning. Plenty of parking space, great pool. The hosts were very attentive and accommodating.
Peaceful Tuscan escape
Liked: Our stay was a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of touring Italy. The 2 bedroom suite was both comfortable and beautifully decorated. The sweeping views of the Tuscan landscape and Montepulciano perched up on the hillside were breathtaking. We enjoyed afternoon drinks on the patio. Manola greeted us personally with a glass of wine and nibbles and showed us around. We couldn’t have been happier. She was such a welcoming host.
Disliked: Everything was great but a kettle and iron would be appreciated.
