Liked: The ambiance. The openness. The service was outstanding. Very friendly
Disliked: Everything was fabulous.
Liked: Very nice remote place with a great pool for starting the day with a swim and winding down again for refreshment after a hot day in town. Having breakfast outside while only hearing the birds chirping, very peaceful. Elizabetta and Giuditta are lovely and very helpful hosts. We were invited to a wine tasting in the Fanetti cellars as part of our stay and enjoyed that, too.
Disliked: There is nothing negative to say.
We had a lovely time - close to wineries and montepulciano. We loved cooling off in the pool!

Liked: Time spent in the facility was unique. Beautiful and unique place. You can relax here in peace and quiet away from the noise of the city. Birds singing in the morning, swimming pool, and nature. Everything a person needs to relax. The owner is nice and helpful.
Superb
Liked: It is a very authentic country house with a nice shady garden next to Montepulciano. Intimate atmosphere. The pool is spotless. No mosquitos at all!
Disliked: The old air conditioner is insufficient and very noisy, and there is only one of it for the 3 bedrooms in the apartment upstairs. So the flat is hot in summer!

Disliked: Bumpy road up to the house you need a 4x4 to reach the house
