Exceptional
Liked: Hosts are nice and location is all good. The road to go to the hotel is not in a very good condition but still reachable.
Disliked: The bathroom is not super clean and outdated.
Liked: Manvi and her staff were exceptional hosts and went above and beyond to provide a relaxing experience. The breakfast was yummy with a lovely view of the rolling hills, and it was a plus to not have a drive anywhere in the morning. We did the wine tasting experience led by Sudha, and it was cool to see not only the vineyards but also go inside the facilities where they make the wine. The pool was also a nice to have and we imagine it would be even nicer in the summer when it can get really warm. I also enjoyed the morning yoga session.
Disliked: It's worth being aware that the location is a good way down a rough gravel road.

Beautiful property with lovely staff in the Tuscan hill country!
Liked: Such a beautiful property close to Montepulciano! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. We both walked (30 minutes) and drove into Montepulciano (10 minutes). The grounds were lovely. The pool was pretty chilly by the end of September, but still felt good after a nice walk. We had an amazing 5-wine pairing/light lunch with Chiara, sitting out on the grass. It ended up being our dinner! We rented bikes in town for a 50km ride to Pienza, and bikes could be delivered if requested. Highly recommended the property for a lovely stay near a beautiful hilltop Tuscan town!

Liked: The view from the room is beautiful
Disliked: Manvi is extremely far away from downtown. You have to get a cab always and they are very expensive and they never try to help you as in other hotels Maybe to give you a ride or anything like that. I was travelling alone with my son and They just don’t care of all these.
