Fabulous
Home away from home to explore stunning Liguria
Liked: The warmth and the hospitality of Paolo (our host) was amazing. It felt like home away from home. Perfect quite house amongst nature, but very well placed to explore the ligurian region, especially Cinque Terre & the riviera. You need a car to stay here. Paolo was super helpful with everything including when my dog got sick to direct us to a vet, finding the best meal in the region, advice about getting the best of your time in the region, and free parking to take the train to Cinque Terre. The house is super cozy, has most things you need for a family with children & dog. Paolo's local knowledge felt like you had a friend, who let you into the secrets of the region, which is priceless. In such a touristy place, this is the calm to return to at the day end. I definitely recommend it.

Quiet place away from tourist rush
Liked: Quiet place in the woods away from tourist rush. The pool was a nice bonus. Paolo (the host) was welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: Beds were quite noisy, thus uncomfortable for us.
Peaceful property in the hills above Levanto
Liked: This is a nice and well equipped apartment in the quiet hills above Levanto. The views from the patio are great, and it is a calm and peaceful retreat away from the crowds of nearby Cinque Terre. The host is very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It is not that clear in the listing, but this property consists of two apartments, one below and one above. We were in the lower apartment, and if the upstairs guests are walking around, moving chairs or talking loudly, you will hear it. Also, the listing states this is a one-bedroom, it is not. It is a studio apartment. There is a 3/4 wall separating the "bedroom" from the kitchen. We were disappointed by this as we specifically booked the place expecting a bedroom to make putting our baby to bed before us easier. Finally, be prepared that this property is located about 1km down a very narrow private road outside of Levanto. If you are driving, take a small car, as we had a number of close calls on the narrow roads. Walking to town is also not really a feasible or safe option.

Liked: The host was incredibly helpful in answering our questions, very responsive and a really nice person. His mother, who greeted us, was a very kind and nice lady. What I liked the most from the flat was the view and being surrounded by nature. But also the flat had everything one might need and was super cozy looking inside
