  Our host, Paolo, was great and our apartment was so comfy and felt like home

  Liked: It had everything that we needed: washing machine, dishwasher, iron, microwave, internet, amazing view, separate bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, etc., etc. The location was fantastic. Even though the trains were running nearby, the windows blocked out the noise. We were so happy! We enjoyed Paolo’s wine and limoncello, too! Definitely would recommend staying here.

  Disliked: The shower was a bit tight but not an issue.

  Liked: We have just returned from our stay and what a wonderful time we had, Paolo met us at the property, showed us everything and the apartment had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for us too

  Great condo in Monterosa

  Liked: This place was wonderful: comfortable, great AC, great location steps from the beach with mini market and takeout pizza just below the apartment. Host Paolo was friendly, helpful, and accommodating of our schedule. This was a choice.

  Overall a wonderful stay - great host and a comfortable apartment with everything you could need

  Liked: Paolo is a wonderful host. He greeted us at the apartment, left a bottle of wine and limoncello and genuinely cares that his guests have a great stay. It was great to have a washer, clothes line, beach towels, umbrella, coffee maker, market downstairs, blackout shades and the list goes on...

  Disliked: The train tracks are close by and at first we found it loud but we got used to the sound very quickly and slept well.
