Fabulous
Liked: This is a great hotel in one of my favourite places, close to everything but quiet, great service, great breakfast etc. I have stayed here several times before and choose to keep returning to it,
Liked: Cost and location
Disliked: Breakfast could be better, although the cost per night is very reasonable
Liked: Very welcoming and friendly! Rooms are actually better than they appear in the photos online! Well looked after hotel, everything was kept clean and tidy. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff constantly refilled the buffet. Excellent value for money, ideal location, in walking distance to the new and old town and train station.
Decent place. Great location. Great staff
Liked: Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Hotel is dated. Poor water pressure. Could not get hot water in the shower.
A great budget stay, near the beach and makes a good base "camp" for exploring all 5 villages
Liked: Near the beach in Menaggio, close to the metro. Free Breakfast daily, continental breakfast.
Disliked: A remodel of the hotel for a more modern look inside.
Place was clean and welcoming. Staff was excellent and friendly and warm
Liked: Its proximity to the beach and town
Disliked: Shower stall was very tiny
