  Liked: Beautiful! The view was incredible. The breakfast was very good. The stairs weren't that bad! Would return in a heartbeat!

  Great hotel, staff, location, and views

  Liked: The room was great, clean, well lit, good size with a great balcony overlooking the water.

  Disliked: The breakfast could be better, more fresh fruit, but the staff in the morning was great.

  A beautiful stay in a beautiful village!

  Liked: Super location in Vernazza Helpful staff who showed me to my room upon arrival Easy check in and check out process Excellent facilities including terrace, bar (where breakfast is served too overlooking the sea), powerful shower Interesting access to the room through spiral staircase Lovely to hear the clock tower from the room

  Room with wonderful view

  Liked: Nice room with balcony. Top scores for the amazing view of the sea. The view made the room. Staff were friendly. Lots of stairs but you get used to it. Wonderful breakfast outside on the deck.

  Disliked: No extras provided in the room. A bottle of water and an extra glass in the bathroom for tooth brushes would be a nice gesture.

  Lovely stay at an old inn

  Liked: Loved the breakfast, the food, the gorgeous location, the friendly staff.

  Disliked: I received Ann email from Booking.com saying you advised them that I was a no show on Oct 15-18, 2026, when, in fact, I was there. They want to charge me the entire amount due. This is disappointing as I was actually staying in your hotel. If you would let them know I was there I would appreciate it.
