  Amazing views, fantastic staff

  Liked: We just got back from a 4-day stay at the Hotel Porto Roca and had a fantastic time. The staff, Davide in particular, was very helpful with restaurant reservations and recommendation, offering assistance, etc. The pool area is incredibly relaxing and the views are beautiful. Great bartenders and wait staff. The hotel is located at the top of a pretty long/steep hill, but they do offer a shuttle service which helps.

  Wonderful Cinque Terre stay

  Liked: We were so pleased we made the decision to stay at the Hotel Porto Roca for our 4 nights in the Cinque Terre. We visited in hot weather and being able to relax during the hottest part of the day by the fabulous pool was much appreciated. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are comfortable, breakfast was delicious and included barista made coffee. We also appreciated the beach club passes and shuttle to take us back to the hotel if we didn't have the energy to climb the hill from the middle of town.

  Must stay!

  Liked: I’ve stayed at Hotel Porto Roca multiple times now, and every single year it reminds me why I keep coming back. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The location, the breathtaking views over the Ligurian Sea, the beautiful rooms, and the pool make it one of the most special places to stay in Monterosso. But what truly sets Porto Roca apart isn’t just the hotel—it’s the people. The staff are simply exceptional. Every single person goes above and beyond to make you feel genuinely welcome, remembered, and cared for. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they create an atmosphere that feels warm, personal, and effortless. Luxury hotels are easy to find. Staff like this are not. They are the reason this hotel feels so special and the reason I return year after year. I can honestly say I will never stay anywhere else in the Cinque Terre. Porto Roca has become my home away from home, and every visit leaves me counting down until the next one. Thank you to the entire team for another unforgettable stay. See you again next year!

  Liked: AMAZING!!! We loved it! The pool was perfect and very much needed as it was quite hot during our July stay. The shuttle service was wonderful and the views incredible. We stopped in the other villages and highly recommend this hotel and Monterosso! The hotel helped arrange a boat rental which was our favorite day. 🇮🇹♥️👙🛥️🍋

  Amazing Hotel. Great Staff. Good Food

  Liked: Another amazing at this hotel. Our 4th stay at PR, (our 7th stay in Monterosso). Great location. Fantastic view from the balconies and breakfast/ dinner area. Staff were pleasant, personable and very efficient. It was very hot during our stay 39/40c so moving forward I think September will be better for us so that we can hike comfortably. Rooms are simple but well appointed. You’re paying for the view. Breakfast was great. Supper was good. Guiseppe is a gem. The shuttle back and forth down the driveway was a blessing in the heat. This was the first year we used it regularly.Drivers were great and very amenable. The villages are soo busy during the day but at night it’s just magical. Pool Area: amazing. We spent our last day just chilling at the pool. Staff were great. Pizza for lunch was good. Highly recommend. Hope we can come back some day.
