  I would absolutely stay here again!

  Liked: Staff were amazing! Location was great. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

  Really like this place but unfortunately the heat issue caused us to just want our time to be over

  Liked: The location is fantastic and the rooms are clean. The staff was very kind. Very cute and upgraded.

  Disliked: We were there this past week when Italy is experiencing red level heat and the AC was broken. Our room was so hot that I could not sleep. The last several days I left the room door wide open at night because I couldn’t bare it and when the door was shut the temperature went up a lot. I literally woke up each morning feeling nauseous as if I had heat stroke. I didn’t think it was legal for hotels to not offer AC in the summer. I understand that AC can break but it was like this our entire stay. A little oscillating fan did nothing. Very unfortunate.
