Fabulous
Nice location and good communication with landlord. Had our stay been as booked, two day in #16 I would ranked higher
Liked: Great location(s). The landlord split my stay to two properties. Good locations in town. Definitely a climb to either property. We were 60+ year old group,average to above average condition for age and had no issue with the hills or stairs.
Disliked: Landlord forced a split stay in #13 and #16. #13 was inferior to #16 and I negotiated a discount. Overall an inconvenience because we had to move (landlord moved us) but lost time the unit as we had to vacate #13 by 10 am and could not occupy #16 till 2:30 pm.

Wonderful place to enjoy Cinqueterre. The balconies and layout make the apartment comfortable and very pleasant
Liked: Amazing views from the 2 balconies. Great layout for a family stay. Good location. We enjoyed being able to have a barbecue.
Disliked: The single beds weren’t very comfortable. The main ensuite shower was a bit precarious for getting in and out of.
All in all we enjoyed the stay here and would certainly stay here again. Especially if the landscaping was dealt with
Liked: Once inside the apartment, all was good. Lots of room, everything worked. Perfect for two couples. Tip. There is a back way onto the property thru the garden which avoids the steep front stairs.
Disliked: The directions provided to find the apartment were not great. The directions to find the car park were awesome, but we arrived by foot. Parking in Monterosso is a real issue, so I can see why the level of attention paid to the parking instruction…but just wish the instruction to find the apartment was a thoughtful. The property itself desperately needs a landscaping makeover!! It was seriously overgrown, which stripped any desire to sit outside. Finally, I left my group behind to look for the apartment, as it was 35 degrees out and humping our luggage around was getting old. When I did find the place, the host insisted I do the tour with her even though I said I wanted to go to the bottom of the hill to get my group so they could get in the A/C. She was very insistant though that I do the walk thru immediately. So I did, then went and got my group. When we returned she was still outside on her phone, so not sure what the panick was about.
Great soot for people with good legs!
Liked: Great location and lovely view. Very comfortable too.
Disliked: The 95 steps you have to climb to get to the front door and go back down when you want to go anywhere.
