Fabulous
The hotel provided convenient parking and was located in a convenient and quiet location
Liked: The location was perfect for us. We were thankful for parking availability. The room was clean and quiet.
Disliked: There was nothing more that I would have wanted.
What a beautiful location
Liked: Great location. An easy, flat walk from the train station.
Disliked: Lovely breakfast included.
Location very good but disappointed with issues above
Liked: Location was good. Overall feel was fine.
Disliked: A pair of shorts was missing from the room, after room being cleaned my toothbrush had a weird unpleasant taste, towels had holes in them. Staff was not always available. Mattress in one room was horrific with springs popping out.
Beautiful location very comfortable, walkable to everywhere
Liked: We had a large balcony, and the staff were very kind.
Disliked: I had been charged via Booking.com and they tried to charge me for my room again at time of paying the city tax. It was difficult with the language barrier but luckily it got sorted out, though they seemed a bit upset like I was trying to get out of paying for it.

Disliked: It was hot and humid. It would have been nice to have a fan available.
Lovely hotel
Liked: Lovely welcome on arrival. Really friendly staff. Great breakfast. Our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided every time.
Disliked: Although not a problem for us, if visitors are arriving in Monterosso by train there is a steep walk up the driveway of the hotel.
