  Excellent apartment in an excellent location with excellent host

  Liked: Very simple check in at Hotel Genziana reception desk. Staff were exceptionally helpful. King bed was very comfortable. Apartment is in a fantastic location - very easy to access ski lifts, restaurants and buses. Apartment has underfloor heating.

  Disliked: An iron and ironing board would have been helpful. The outage of hot water to the apartment for a few hours one morning - related to a fault in the building - was inconvenient but not the hosts's fault.

  Excellent stay

  Liked: Excellent beyond words! Right from location, staff, cleanliness, view, the apartment and everything in between - it was the most perfect place in Ortisei!

  If I plan another visit I will certainly look for this hotel first
