  It is very unpleasant stay. The room has high ceilings corner so my head hit the ceiling and no necessary items are prov

  Liked: The location is good near the attractions and old town.

  Disliked: The customer service is horrible no service minded. No have necessary items like napkins, dish washer detergents. Provide only one washing machine pod and 2 coffee capsules even I stay for 3 nights when I asked they said I need to buy them. They just provide one as starter kit.

  Excellent spot if you have a car. Never got tor use the bus tickets that came with the room

  Great peaceful base to explore the Val Gardena region especially with the free bus pass. Recommend to small groups with

  Liked: Great base to explore the local area, especially with the bus pass. The rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was relatively well stocked to be able to cook meals. The access to the hotel pool facilities was also an amazing bonus!

  Disliked: A few more useful items such as washing machine detergent and bathroom toiletries would have been great as we were staying for a few days.

  I have been traveling over the world, and this palce is the worst I have ever stayed

  Liked: Close to Ortisey.

  Disliked: Place does not look like what is advertised both in look and services... I wouldn't pay this price. So many items were missing at the time of checking in - no bottle opener, no wine opener, no body shampoo, no shampoo, no laundry detergent, etc. Towels are just used collection from variety of places with different colors... Does not seem to be professional at al. They delivered the items on the second day eventually. What made it worse is that I found cockroaches in the house:(

  Very nice chalet for a family with up to 4 kids

  Liked: chalet is in a quiet neighborhood with a good view. The size of the chalet is very nice. It has 3 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms and a cozy large room to sit, relax and watch TV. Large screen TV in all rooms. Nice bathroom with floor heating. Parking in front of the chalet is good. Excellent and very friendly service in the hotel. In the hotel (6min drive) there is a nice outdoor sauna and pool with fantastic view.

  Disliked: It is quite far from the city. Actually driving only takes 6 minutes but at daytime it hard to find parking. To the spa in the hotel it is also a 6min drive, provided there is no snow. No bakery or supermarket nearby. One needs to drive to the city to get fresh bread. It can be loud from the upper Apartment.
