  Lovely family owned hotel

  Liked: This place is owned by a family and they were so caring kind and helpful. We were traveling with a baby and they really tried to provide everything they could so our stay will be as comfortable as possible.

  Disliked: They don't have a mini fridge or a kettle for hot water. This could be problematic if traveling with a baby. They agreed to store things in their fridge in the kitchen, and provide hot water (when there was someone in the reception). This isn't relevant in the times where the reception was unattended, so families should keep that in mind.

  Liked: It was good value for money, well looked after and the staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. A short walk to Santa Cristina and a bus stop outside to get around the valley easily

  Liked: Simply the best hotel we stayed in Dolomites. My friend and I wanted to stay there the whole time for the entire trip. Clean and spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Exceptional host. Thank you for your hospitality, Paul! Will definitely book again when I go back to Ortisei ~St. Cristina.
