  Liked: Really nice location, right next to the bus stop to Ortisei / Sas Pordoi / Brixen. The Val Gardena pass they provided was excellent for us (we travelled without a car). The food was great, both in taste and variety. The restaurant staff very friendly. The room was spaceous and well furnished, with a great bed and 2 balconies, one of which had a lovely mountain view. They have spa/pool/extra facilities which we didn't use, we were there just for the mountains:)

  Disliked: There were many wasps and insects around the windows that easily got inside the room, but this was a minor inconvenience.

  An exceptional hotel for exploring the Val Gardena and Dolomites

  Liked: The hotel is easy to find on the main road through Val Gardena and has ample underground parking. The spa facilities are splendid with 5 pools including heated outdoor pool. The hotel and gardens have spectacular views of the mountain peaks. The restaurant serves exceptional food and the tariff including dinner represents great value for money. A free bus pass allows exploration of the region.

  Disliked: There was nothing not to like.
