A great experience at this hotel!

Liked: Very nice hotel with incredible service. Great location within easy walk to lifts, shops and restaurants. We stayed in one of the two bedroom apartments and it was incredibly spacious.

  Outstanding

Liked: Wow! We absolutely loved this hotel! The 3 night stay couldn’t have been better. This hotel is a family run hotel and we were greeted by the 4th generation daughter who was delightful. Actually, everyone who worked there was amazing, from Simon the concierge, also family, to Walter, who makes the restaurants even more special. The hotel is 5 star, and we stay in many of the finest hotels in the world. Our room was just renovated and was perfect, with all the latest amenities. Actually, the entire hotel seemed brand new. We had reservations in town for dinner, but after one night and sampling the food in the hotel, we changed plans and ate in the hotel dining rooms as the grilled meats and fondue were excellent. I am so glad we experienced the Gardena Grodnerhof and I would strongly recommend it to all travelers in the Ortesei area.
