  Liked: Very helpful staff, wonderful tour guides, spa and outdoor warm pool was perfect foe end of day, rooms very nice, clean, delicious breakfast, great room attendants, and Location! Super central!

  Ideal location in Ortisei

  Liked: Tremendous staff - very helpful and accommodating. Location is perfect to enjoy the city and still have easy access to public transportation. Great restaurant! Cozy and clean spa facilities.

  Disliked: Our room was great, but it had a door to the adjoining room that did very little to block out noise. If staying here again, I’d try to get a room without this feature.

  Very happy

  Liked: Easy walk to shopping and cable cars.

  Disliked: Trying to park our rental car in its underground garage was a challenge because of the tight spaces, but staff offered to park it for us.
