  Liked: Friendly helpful staff, beautiful view from our room, excellent breakfast and evening meal (included in 1/2 board rate), close to bus stop, walkable to town center and gondolas. We had a great 3 days in Ortisei!

  Liked: Everything was great, the outdoor space was amazing! Pool and spa were both beautiful and the room had a great balcony with good views. All food was delicious.

  Disliked: Not much! The location I guess could be closer to the downtown walking area but still it is not a long walk there already -

  Generally great stay

  Liked: Spa area was lovely - great facilities. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Afternoon cakes a nice touch. Room was clean and comfortable. V short walk to town centre and to access hikes.

  Disliked: I know the hotel cant help this but during my stay there was a building site next door. Was woken up at 7.30am every day by the noise and it generally had an impact on the ambience. Be aware that even without the building site the hotel is situated on quite a busy road. Your 'mountain view balcony' may not feel quite as you expect it to. Hotel refused to give me an iron because I might injure myself and instead offered me a laundry service at 5 euros for a t shirt. Utterly ridiculous.

  Beautiful hotel in the middle of Ortisei

  Liked: Lovely hotel located short walk into town. Complimentary cakes and fruit each afternoon. Facilities was exceptional. Breakfast was beautiful and the included dinner was fantastic.
