  The food was exquisite. Julia and Cezar provided amazing customer service and made us feel genuinely welcome. The coffee

  Liked: The view was spectacular. We loved both the outdoor dining area and the beautiful indoor spaces. The grounds were impeccably maintained, with lush green areas that made the whole property feel truly special.

  Disliked: The only area that felt a bit dated was the shower, which could benefit from an upgrade. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

  Lovely farmhouse just outside Orvieto

  Liked: The breakfast was great, perhaps the best we had in our 7-day trip through Lazio / Tuscany. The lady serving breakfast was also very friendly, attentive and engaging The property is in a very convenient location to visit Orvieto, provided you have a car. Free parking at the property.

  Disliked: The room was quite small and a little dated, the bathroom was even smaller. It all felt quite ‘tight’, especially as we had few large suitcases. However, we only stayed one night, so for us was not a major problem, but it is good to bear in mind if you plan to stay for a longer period

  Liked: The property is beautiful. From the nice garden you can see Orvieto. We booked a triple room so there was place for everything. The room was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. We had diner at the place which was delicious I recommend to eat there. The place is very close to Orvieto and easy to reach.

  Disliked: The Breakfast was good but they can add eggs to the menu.
