  Great location, safe area, everything worked

  Liked: Well located, simple and functional good size room and bathroom with air conditioning. Host Giacomo was waiting for us and told us all we needed to know.

  Grateful for a free parking space

  Liked: We are very grateful that they reserved a resident parking space for us.

  Disliked: The shower was very powerful, but it ran out of hot water halfway. The breakfast was just pastry, but it has a kitchenette.

  Wonderful location and friendly host

  Liked: Wonderful location. Very friendly host who waited for us, saved a free parking spot for us and showed us around Orvieto on the map. Large room, but with basic furniture.

  Disliked: A bit softer beds. Breakfast was only sweets, but that's typical Italian breakfast.
