  Lovely place

  Liked: A lovely and charming place! We were warmly welcomed by Roberta, a wonderful, kind and very helpful host. The apartment is on the first floor and had everything we needed for our short one-night stay. Perfectly located in the heart of beautiful Orvieto. The terrace is lovely and a real bonus! We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

  Charming and comfortable and well located

  Liked: I love Roberta, who is so friendly and welcoming. The apartment is charming and very well located. I rebooked for a second visit for these reasons.

  Disliked: I am sorry to say, the apartment feels a bit tired, and would benefit from some refurbishment, particularly the bathroom, which doesn’t really compare to other rentals. The business is so competitive, it would be a good investment.

  Excellent base for exploring Orvieto

  Liked: Very convenient location within a few minutes walk of the Funiculare top station and the shops and restaurants on Corso Cavour. Roberta met us when we checked in and showed us around the apartment which was very clean and well equipped. The terrace was a delightful and quiet place to relax away from the crowds on the Corso Cavour. If you are taller than 5'10" (178cm) you might have to bend in the shower.

  Orvietto is the quaintest most interesting place to visit. Simply beautiful and our apartment was beyond our expectation

  Liked: Loved everything ❤️ our hosts were the most accommodating, friendly and above and beyond helpful. The funicular was not working to get to the town centre and our hosts picked us up. The apartment was central, perfectly appointed and our private balcony a bonus. The bed and linen fantastic, comfy bed. There were a few stairs to the apartment but not an issue. Overall, I could very easily live there. Laundry was through to the balcony with washing machine. Orvietto was a dream to visit and so many incredible sights to see and do. We went in June, the busy season but no crowds. Plenty of restaurants and access to supermarket. We are in love with Orvietto and congratulate the hosts we had. Richard & Teresa

  Liked: Impeccably clean. Roberta takes pride in keeping organized and is a friendly and helpful host. Location is really great.

  Disliked: A bit small for our group, but it wasn't their fault. Unexpected partially see-through ceiling in the bathroom was disconcerting for the females in my party. Probably fine, but it was strange.
