  Wonderful

  Liked: Spacious, clean, and well appointed apartment with everything you could want. Sabrina is an excellent host who personalized our visit with a delicious homemade cake on our arrival. Would highly recommend!

  Liked: Appartamento eccezionale adatto sia per coppie che per famiglie, spazioso e perfettamente arredato con tutto il necessario, i proprietari gentilissimi ci hanno anche lasciato dell'acqua in frigo e qualche sfizio per fare colazione, molto graditi. La zona molto tranquilla e vicina alla stazione, pur essendo metà agosto l'appartamento era fresco e fornito comunque di ventilatori.

  Great place for take rest

  Liked: I had a truly pleasant stay. The guesthouse is beautiful, tastefully decorated, extremely clean, and meticulously maintained. The room was spacious and bright, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was perfectly organized. The location is fantastic: the old city are just a few minutes away. It's the ideal place to visit the city without sacrificing tranquility and comfort. I felt right at home and will definitely return. I recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in an elegant property in a truly strategic location. Everything was fantastic!

  A modern apartment located in lower Orvieto

  Liked: Unlike many holiday apartments, this has 4 good size rooms, living area, kitchen, bedroom, bath. Located on the ground floor. The owners met us at the train station & were very helpful. Good facilities.

  Disliked: The heating for the entire building is turned off on 30th April for the summer. So in early May, the apartment was manageable, but on the cold side.

  Beautiful apartment in Orvieto

  Liked: Clean, quiet, roomy, and comfortable. Walking distance to funicular and large grocery store. Well stocked including a home made cake! Free street parking just outside front door.

  The highlight of our 3 week journey through Italy

  Liked: I liked everything, Sabrina was absolutely wonderful; she picked us from the station and took us to the property which was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Sabrina had baked a lovely cake for our arrival.

  Disliked: Nothing, everything exceeded expectations.
