  Liked: Lovely and helpful staff. The apartment was in a great location. It was cleans and spacious. It was also lovely for an apartment stay to have someone come in and clean the apartment and give us fresh towels during our three night stay.

  Disliked: The location is fantastic but if you are a light sleeper the noise outside was constant all night long but not the fault of the owners, of course. Also, breakfast is available with this apartment and it was a disappointment on what was on offer.

  Good value for money in a wonderful setting

  Liked: So centrally located - everything within easy walking distance. And the staff was exceptional.

  Disliked: The area can be noisy - not the property’s fault - it is close to some of the best sights, shops, and restaurants - so expect some noise late at night on the weekends and holidays.

  Cheerful apartment in a very interesting and historic town

  Liked: This was a great apartment for the three of us - one very spacious master bedroom and an additional bedroom area. Very nicely equipped kitchen for simple meals, and a grocer two doors down. Everything was clean and worked well and more than anything was just very warm and welcoming and bright. The location was great, and right by their Duomo and museums and restaurants of this historic town. So glad we visited and we definitely want to return!

  Centrally located in stunning Orvieto

  Liked: Centrally located in stunning Orvieto. A bit of a sweat to navigate through the town as there is road work at the moment (July 2024) but good communication with Sabrina through WhatsApp helped us through that, we had two rooms, very comfortable beds, a kitchen, good bathroom. We parked the car in front of the property to unload and parked it in a garage nearby. Sabrina helped us through all of that, even with our luggage, you couldn’t wish for anyone more gracious than Sabrina.
