  A place to return to

  Liked: The house is placed in an ancient building right in the city center. It is very comfortable and well renovated. This makes it a very convenient base, as all the major monuments and countless different restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. It's clean and equipped with everything you need. A special mention goes to the mattress. I think it was one of the best I've ever slept on.

  Excellent location, lovely place, would love to visit again

  Liked: Lovely, spacious apartment and very well equipped and really beautifully finished. The location is absolutely excellent - right in the middle of town with everything you need accessible.

  Disliked: Lots of dirt and hair under the couch (my son's ball rolled underneath and came back with fur). The shower head has one silicon missing which means most of the pressure gets lost out of that one hole. Easy to fix:) The WiFi signal was quite poor and we struggled to connect at times. Perhaps a booster could overcome this.

  Excellent location in the heart of Orvieto

  Liked: location was excellent. facilities were excellent. everything was within walking distance. Stefano was extremely helpful and respectful. was able to do washing. everything was immaculate. neat and tidy and clean.

  Disliked: I didn't like the shower head. too big for a small shower.... but only commenting because it was the only thing that i didn't love, but i wouldn't have complained about it because it was a minor issue.

  A delightful stay in the heart of beautiful Orvieto

  Liked: The apartment was charming, spacious, and very clean. Its location was excellent, allowing easy access to Orvieto’s historic center, restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay.

  Disliked: Nothing significant. I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return.

  Fantastico, we enjoyed our stay immensely

  Liked: Generous check in/out times with flexibility. Excellent communication with owner. The well appointed apartment was in a prime location close by main attractions and across from an award winning pizza master’s ristorante (bonus). Don’t miss Orvieto on your itinerary. Highly recommend.

  Disliked: Lugging our packs up the hill from the funicular, we didn’t realise the funicular ticket included a bus that would have got us close to the apartment.

  An excellent stay in the best location with a very helpful and friendly host

  Liked: The property is in an excellent location, just off the main street, within walking distance of the attractions and places to eat. The apartment was spacious, clean and thoughtfully decorated. Stefano, the host lived in the same building. He met me there, was very friendly and happy to help in any way, with good recommendations for places to eat. He speaks English.
