  Good place for a brief stay in a fantastic town

  Liked: The location is very good, you can walk from there to all places of interest. Staff was friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: We had requested a hotel with parking, the online description said available. However, not only this was a public (paid) parking space, but it was quite far, and you could hardly stop to load/unload luggage in front of the hotel. Possibly to be expected for a hotel in a historical part of town, but this should have been clarified upfront.

  I would gladly stay here again

  Liked: The location was an easy walk to tourist venues and a plethora of good restaurants. And it is siuated on a street that makes luggage drop off easy. The breakfasts were enjoyable and the staff helpful.

  Disliked: My only negative was the lack of an elevator. All the rooms are on the second floor (what the Europeans refer to as the first floor) and it could pose a problem for some seniors.

  We loved our stay. Loved the central location close to the piazza, really good restaurants and didn

  Liked: The breakfast was great, they offered the usual European style and lattes, cappuccinos etc for coffe. Very good.

  Disliked: The only thing I thought they could improve would be get newer bed covers as theirs looked very old and tired.

  Ok, but I would never stay there again

  Liked: Staff was friendly and location was excellent.

  Disliked: Parking is a nightmare. Far away and had to take escalators up and some not working and had to use stairs. Paying and exiting was no picnic either.

  Nice property in good location.with helpful staff

  Liked: Great location in the easily walkable city. Nice lobby, and nice breakfast area and breakfast. My single room was a little small, but I only slept there. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.
