  Liked: It's your old school family hotel, that's probably been around for years and should be still for many more. The room was big, the bathroom as well, the bed was super comfy, some things were a bit dated but still working well, we had a nice view of Orvieto from our windows, breakfast was generous and satisfying, staff was helpful and friendly, and there was private parking. Super good!

  Disliked: The bathroom could be modernized a bit, but it was still clean and working. And the tv placement was a bit off, as it was small and far from the bed.

  Good location for a night but hot and sweaty nights sleep

  Liked: Convinient location if you have a car and free parking. You can drive to the car park in Orvieto which avoids the ZTL. Reception were very helpful in giving us confidence we would not enter ZTL in the car. Breakfast included which was a bonus as didn’t expect this

  Disliked: We stayed on a very hot summers night 30+ degrees and the Ac just wasn’t strong enough to bring the temp below 29 degrees. In the end we firefighter whatever ac was coming out by opening the windows to get a breeze into the room.

  Disliked: It's a long way to walk there from orvieto and there is no restaurant. 'the restaurant is only for large prebooked events, not hotel guests. If you arrive later in the evening there are no nearby food outlets. Breakfast was ok.

  Liked: The location was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Parking right outside. Breakfast was good. Good value for money. We had a problem with a/c, called reception and they fixed it.

  Disliked: The shower was a bit small. Pillows were a bit flat.
