  Liked: Very comfortable in the centre of the old city, in a quiet side alley. The fridge was full with yoghurts and there were cakes, croissants and sweets. There is a kitchen with cooking opportunities. Very good value for money!

  Central location and super clean, a lovely stay in Orvieto

  Liked: This apartment is located very close to the center of Orvieto. I am not sure we have stayed in a place any cleaner than this one. It was sparkling! The owner provided lots of goodies to eat for breakfast and there is a kitchen as well. Parking is not far away and is very reasonably priced. We only stayed one night and for that we are sorry because it would be an excellent place to stay and enjoy Orvieto for a few days.

  Liked: We really enjoyed our stay in this nice apartment. It is located in the historical part of Orvieto, which is very small and you can get anywhere by walking. The host were very friendly and hospitable. We really regret we had to leave the next day and did not stay for longer.

  Liked: Very good location just off the corso between the funicula station and the duomo - easy walk to everywhere. A nice newish little apartment with good layout. Great value. The owner was very helpful and pleasant. We all enjoyed the stay.

  Liked: Great location just a few minutes walk up from the funicular. No need for the bus at the top. It's in a hidden alley that is a little tough to find but we got there. Katia is a great host, comfortable beds, and plenty to eat nearby. Bathrooms are a little small but that is standard for Italy. Very quiet. Porch area is very pleasant. My kids always like bunk beds! We would absolutely return!

  Disliked: Italy trains don't run on time and apparently don't have WiFi. So when our train ran an hour late from Rome I had no way of notifying our host. Fortunately after waiting over an hour our host greeted us in good spirits and was very accommodating. We do not speak Italian so that was a struggle but we mostly understood her instructions. Essentially, she needs to scan passports and have you leave the city tax in cash when you depart. Also leave the keys in the outside lockbox using the code provided. I'd consider politely asking for the WiFi password initially so Google translate might help.
