  Very convenient and central

  Liked: Very central, very convenient and Enzo was very helpful!

  Disliked: Nothing in particular. If you have big luggage, you will need to carry them up the stairs.

  The loft can comfortably accommodate no more than one couple

  Liked: Perfect location. A beautiful historic building in the center of lovely Orvieto. Impeccably clean. Very comfortable double bed. A convenient and modern shower enclosure. Communication with the host via WhatsApp was excellent.

  Disliked: The loft cannot serve as sleeping accommodation for a family of four. An extremely inconvenient and difficult route to the upper level. Hard, uncomfortable single beds. A very low and dangerous ceiling.

  We had a wonderful stay!

  Liked: The Airbnb was in a great location, very clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and the host was helpful and communicated very clearly. We enjoyed our stay!

  Disliked: The only downside was that there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, so they could get a little warm at night which only really matters on hot days.

  Perfect location with a/c and washing machine

  Liked: Host was very helpful when coordinating arrival when our train was delayed - his wife met us at the train station and drove us up to the apartment. The washing machine under the stairs was super helpful. Perfect location inside the charming walled city - walkable to everything. We ate at one of the nearby restaurants they recommended and it was sensational. Exactly the relaxed stay I was hoping for!

  Disliked: Luckily we didn't have much luggage as the curved staircase to the apartment would have been a bit tricky. One of the other tenants left the front door of the building open while he was smoking in the dark entryway a couple of times later in the evening, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable but not the host's fault. Just note it's one of several units in an apartment building.
