  Perfect hidden gem

  Liked: What a great place to stay. Bus transfer so easy and straight out front. Views to the old town. Great set up for rooms and kitchen. Rosa hospitality was amazing, happy to help. Place is clean, beds comfy and everything is clean. Nice and quiet.

  Liked: Personale cortese, ho fatto ritardo arrivando alle 9.45 di notte e mi hanno aspettato. Parcheggio vicino gratuito, a pochi minuti da Orvieto. Frutta, dolci, e vari caffè a disposizione. Stanza pulita e rinnovata, aria climatizzata che funziona bene. Molti dettagli curati, ad esempio la presa elettrica internazionale, presa x caricare dispositivi usb, doccia con regolatore di temperatura e termosifone di fronte per asciugamano, inoltre letto comodo. Libri e giochi da tavolo a disposizione. Qualità prezzo molto buona
