  Liked: The jacuzzi is very nice. All kinds of massage options in it. 2 soft 2person beds. A nice shower and great location. Highly recommended location for a couple

  Rather overpriced for a moderate room

  Liked: The location ( in the centre of Orvieto) but in a quiet courtyard. The room was very clean.

  Disliked: Difficult to check in. The owner cuts the phone off when you speak to her in English as she doesn’t understand. We had to get an Italian to speak to her instead. The room is meant to be self catering but there is no kettle for making a cup of tea

  Loved the area and place

  Liked: This place was beautiful. Wish it was available the whole time we stayed there.

  Disliked: Lots of room and beautiful. Right in the center of town so easy to walk and see everything.
