  Liked: This hotel exceeded every expectation and has set a new benchmark for what a vacation should be. Already upon arrival, you feel the high standard of the resort: the impressive entrance, spacious parking area, beautiful palm trees, and attention to detail create a first impression of quality and elegance. What impressed us most was the staff. They always found a way to surprise us positively, anticipating our needs and making every day even better than the last. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. The food deserves special recognition. The open kitchen lets you see the care that goes into every dish. The quality is exceptional, the prices are fair, and the ingredients are sourced from the best local producers. Breakfast was equally outstanding—it was here that we discovered what authentic buffalo mozzarella from the Paestum region really tastes like. You can truly feel that they carefully select the best products. The beach bar also deserves a mention, offering delicious lunches in a beautiful setting. The rooms are spotless and cleaned perfectly every day, and every area is maintained to the highest standard. The hotel's infrastructure is not new, but it was exceptional for us: a beautiful private beach with crystal-clear sea, wonderful spa surrounded by a peaceful atmosphere where you feel transported to an Asian forest and tennis courts where we had a lot of fun. Every part of the property is designed to make guests feel comfortable and enjoy every moment. This is genuine hospitality at its finest. We left with unforgettable memories, and this hotel has set the standard by which we will judge future vacation.

  Una grande delusione

  Liked: La spa è stata un’esperienza molto piacevole

  Disliked: Lo staff sia dell’albergo che del lido, salvo per le ragazze della reception, è stato scostumato, poco collaborativo e superficiale. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era piccola, sporca e situata sopra i motori dell’aria condizionata. Per di più, lo scarico del bagno era rotto, per cui il suo rumore assordante non ci ha permesso di riposare bene. Per quanto riguarda la camera matrimoniale è possibile che non ci sia ancora oggi in un hotel 4 stelle un letto adibito a letto matrimoniale? Ci hanno invece dato due letti singoli uniti da un lenzuolo senza topper. Il lido, inoltre, era sporco e i bagni erano fatiscenti. La mancanza di una piscina interna all’albergo è stata una grandissima delusione. E dover pagare la spa per accedere alla piscina al coperto è stato assurdo. La colazione di scarsa qualità. In un hotel 4 stelle tutto questo è inaccettabile, soprattutto dopo aver pagato profumatamente per 3 notti di soggiorno.

  Poor Service, Noisy Nights, Misleading Rooms

  Disliked: Most of the staff show a low level of hospitality. Some front desk staff—particularly one individual—were consistently unhelpful and unable to get even basic requests correct over the course of our 8-day stay. The rooms advertised are misleading. If you don’t pay the highest rates, you’re given very poor rooms (mine was Room 220) with no air conditioning. The swimming pool seems to be mainly for decoration and private events, not for guest use. The restaurant is average at best. Many external events take place here, with loud music often continuing past 1 a.m., making it difficult to rest. There’s much more I could add, but overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
