Exceptional
Liked: Location was perfect. Host was amazing and very helpful. Great breakfast on a gorgeous terrace. Cool bar opposite. Loved Palermo would stay there again.
Very pleasant stay
Liked: The location is excellent and the proprietor is very accommodating
Disliked: Unfortunately, it’s up on the six floor with no lift (the proprietor will access if you arrange to meet him)
Wonderful location
Liked: The owner was a superb host and accommodated our early departure. Breakfast was great. Met us on the street when I couldn't locate the place. He was nice and registered our car for a ztl pass for the day.. If i were coming back to Palermo, I would stay again.
Disliked: The stairs but what does one expect in oldtown. It was quiet on Thursday night but not on Friday. The bar across was open late. The beds were a little stiff.

Liked: Great location. Breakfast was good. Liked that Netflix was available on smart tv.
Disliked: About 60 steps to the unit. Alot of work for us old folks. Otherwise all good.

Liked: The hotel is right in the city center, everything was very clean and tidy, and the staff were always available and very friendly. We didn’t have to wait for anything, and the breakfast was fantastic.
