Fabulous
Liked: Lots of historic character
I would not stay again or recommend
Liked: The common areas are beautiful. Rooms are small and cramped with Beds that are uncomfortable. Not worth the money. No staff to help with luggage. Breakfast was terrible. We asked for a larger room when we checked in because we had paid for a rooms that was larger and the reception associate said they didn’t have it until the next day but I don’t think that was true. Very few people in the hotel. The associate the next day was much nicer and accommodated us. Original room had mold in the bathroom and you couldn’t even open the door to the mini bar without hitting the bed. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Beautiful Palazzo with Courteous & Attending Staff in the Very Heart of Palermo
Liked: The historic palazzo which is now the Eurostars Centrale Hotel, is gorgeous. The location is absolutely fantastic - walking distance to all the main attractions of Palermo. Great restaurants all around! The staff was fantastic; the service was the classic superb service of an upscale European hotel - you can only see that in the movies these days! The breakfast was magnificent!
Disliked: Only one thing: something should be done with the Air Conditioning! The room was extremely cold all the time; it was impossible to adjust the temperature - it was always going back to the original freezing temperatures in a few minutes. We asked for help, and got help, but in the evening the temperature was back to 18 degrees Celcium! Miraculously, we were able to turn AC off entirely, but that is not a good option, either. So, THERMOSTATS SHOULD BE REPLACED, so future travelers would be able to enjoy their room comfortably.
We had a fabulous stay!
Liked: This location CANNOT BE BEAT! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff were friendly and helpful. The decor could be considered dated but all remnants of a 5 star hotel are still there! The hotel and our room were SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. We were upgraded to a king size room, it was huge (so appreciated). There was a free large bottle of water upon arrival and coffee in the room with porcelain cups. Nice touch! Dont stay anywhere else in Palermo!! I won't!

Liked: Prime location in the heart of Palermo. Stunning rooms, like a palace, and very quiet once inside. Breakfast is very good.
Disliked: The facilities are somewhat dated, but this did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay.
