Perfect location
Liked: We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodation is located right in the centre of Palermo, with plenty of restaurants and bars just a short walk away. Despite the central location, the street itself is quiet and peaceful, so we had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back again!
Disliked: Be aware there is no elevator, but this was not an issue.
Overall a good, recommendable choice, even though the room wasn't ideal
Liked: The room is clean and comfortable and Valentina was incredibly nice and helpful, and so good at communicating everything that we needed to know. The location is fantastic. Right in the heart of the historic center, easy to get to and quick to exit the ZTL. It made the entire experience very comfortable, especially for a quick visit to Palermo.
Disliked: The room (We stayed in number 2) does not have windows towards the outside. One window is looking in, and the other is looking towards a wall. There is indeed a living room, a dining area and a kitchen, but they are separate from the room. You need to go outside and down one floor. Also, the WiFi inside the room was extremely poor. We could barely connect to anything.
