Exceptional
Pretty central for a Palermo visit
Liked: The property is perfectly located for exploring Palermo’s main attractions. While the breakfast selection is somewhat limited, the quality of the food is good and provides a solid start to the day.
Disliked: I booked a triple room but was provided with a double room instead. Because I had pre-booked five different hotels across Sicily, I didn't notice the discrepancy until we were already settled in. Since we were only staying for three nights, I decided not to raise the issue to avoid the hassle of moving to another room. Overall, the stay was decent, but I would have preferred the extra square footage. Revised: What I came to find out was that booking.com does not always communicate with the property the specifics of the exact reservation. So it is quite possible the hotel was not aware of the room type I booked on the booking.com site. The property provided a standard room based on there only being two people.

Best stay I had in Italy!!!
Liked: Wow, we had such a great stay! Comfy beds, good breakfast, amazing location - but above all - Unbelievably nice, courteous & helpful staff. We were there with our small child and my elderly parents so we're perhaps a bit more demanding guests - But the amazing young and vibrant hotel team never let us feel anything other than very very welcome. Thank you guys! I would definitely come back.
