Disliked: nothing to complain
Disliked: We had booked deluxe room with inner courtyard view. "Inner courtyard" is an air shaft, more or less, buzzing with airconditioning. It was not possible to see the sky from the window, which gave the room more of a basement feel. If this is delux, I don't want to know what is sold as "economy" room. The "hotel" is otherwise a larger apartment, on the second floor of a building, divided into several rooms. Big disappointment overal.
Really good stay, we will be coming back
Liked: Central location! The staff were really helpful. We arrived into Palermo via ferry very early in the morning. We were allowed to leave the luggage at the property and which allowed us to explore Palermo. We were also able to leave the luggage after checkout as we had a night ferry out. The staff were really accommodating and the room itself had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable.

Good breakfast and friendly staff
Liked: Great location, clean, comfortable. Good breakfast, cheese, salami, Serrano ham, cornetto, good coffee. Very fruendly breakfast lady.
Disliked: All was good.
Liked: The hosts were so kind and helpful. When we told them we were going to the beach, they kindly let us borrow a beach umbrella, which was really nice. The hotel is also in a great location. It was easy to get around town, and we could even take the bus to the beach. The room is simple, but it has everything we need, especially the AC, which was very important during our stay.
Disliked: It would be nice to have a few more hangers in the room, as we needed to dry our clothes after coming back from the beach. It would also be helpful to have a small broom or mop available, so guests can do some quick cleaning themselves.
Very good value for the money in central Palermo
Liked: Great location, very clean, friendly staff.
Disliked: The fridge is a little small, the safe did not work, and the staff spoke no English on site. We got by using Spanish, but it might be difficult for foreign travelers to communicate.

You can park in the public blue lines on the street which have a cost of 1 euro per hour in certain time slots or there is a private, guarded and paid car park not managed by us open 24 hours a day which has a current price of 25 euros but it it can be varied according to the periods by the owners.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
