Good
Need to improve their service
Liked: The location
Disliked: We arrived at 2 AM (having notified them in advance) to find the building door locked; we hadn't received entry instructions, and our host wasn't answering the phone. Fortunately, after fifteen minutes, another hotel guest arrived and helped us get in and contact the owner. The shower screen was missing—apparently broken at some point—so the bathroom floor flooded every time we showered. The sofa backrest was also broken. The balcony was much smaller than it appeared in the photos and had no chairs; there was only enough room to stand.
Liked: The Host was: kind, helpful and friendly.Excellent place, very clean and organized.Everything is nearby shoping street markets. It exceeded my expectation.Thank you for everything!!!!
It was a great stay, I would recommend
Liked: The room was comfortable and clean. The location was great, close to all the attractions.
Disliked: The toilet to my room was external, which was not ideal but since it was one night, it was manageable.
A stay worth returning for!
Liked: Old Italian style property with cute balcony. The most comfortable bed and pillows ever. Air con was a great addition.
Disliked: Zero!
Overall, the stay was really enjoyable, the staff was friendly and the room was amazing
Liked: The apartment was extremely clean and nicely decorated, it had a beautiful balcony with a gorgeous view, everything was super neat and clean😌the location was fantastic- right in the center. We wish we could've stayed for longer!
Disliked: The room wasn't ready when we arrived ☹️
Liked: The room was a decent size, didn’t care much about a view or anything more. Bed was comfortable and ac worked well!
Disliked: I figured the bathroom was connected to the room and it was not. It was across the hall which was fine it was just a lot of locking and unlocking doors.
