  We had a comfortable stay

Liked: Clean and in a great spot for exploring Palermo. Breakfast staff was friendly and hospitable.

Disliked: Hard to locate at first. Needed a bigger sign out the front.

Liked: It's a great location for the port. The staff are friendly and helpful, albeit in Italian. No problems with checking in, I arrived early and the telephone that was provided didn't answer, but after a WhatsApp message within 1 minute I was inside. It feels very secure and the room is big and spacious. The breakfast is limited - but enough for me. I left my bag after checkout and picked it up in the early evening, also handy for the port.

Disliked: I stayed for 4 nights and my room was only cleaned once - after the first night? The walls are thin, and even with the internal door shut you can still hear people, (And I presume they you),from the entrance/breakfast area.
