Liked: Brilliant central location. Free upgrade to a room with a massive jacuzzi. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was comfy.
Disliked: Nothing. There is nothing not to like about this property.

A great place to stay in Palermo, that’s both comfortable and conveniently located
Liked: The property was very close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. It’s located two levels up in the building and has an elevator. I arrived by bus into the central bus station, which is a 15-20 minute walk from the property. The bus to the airport has a pick up spot 5 minutes away. The room was excellent, it was very spacious and had a great bathroom and shower. The WiFi was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. If I were to go back to Palermo, I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Great location in the heart of Palermo. Nice modern deco which was exceptionally clean. We got a free upgrade to a hot-tub room which was amazing!
Disliked: Air con was on a timer so it would get warm in the night. Minor dislike, but would be better if it could be left on!

Disliked: Poor experience overall, particularly when it came to the room temperature. One day before our stay, we were also moved to a different hotel because of what we were told was a “shower related issue.” This was already an inconvenience and made the overall experience feel poorly managed. The room was extremely hot, and there was no ability to properly control the thermostat. We contacted the front desk and were advised that the temperature could not be set below 21°C because the system was programmed that way. While 21°C may be acceptable for some guests, the room felt significantly warmer than that, and we were unable to get comfortable. What made the situation even worse was that we were told we could not leave the air conditioning running continuously for more than an hour. As a result, we repeatedly woke up in the middle of the night completely soaked in sweat and had to get out of bed to turn the air conditioning back on. This happened throughout the night and made it extremely difficult to sleep and enjoy our stay. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel. Guests should be able to control the temperature of their room to a reasonable and comfortable level, especially when air conditioning is advertised as an amenity. If the hotel is trying to limit the use of air conditioning to reduce costs, then it should not market the rooms as having air conditioning without clearly explaining these restrictions. Alternatively, charge enough to cover the cost of allowing guests to use the A/C as needed. Guests should not have to sacrifice basic comfort so the hotel can save money. Unfortunately, the hotel change the day before our stay, combined with the severe temperature issue and the restrictions on using the air conditioning, had a significant negative impact on our experience. Based on this stay, I would not choose to stay here again.
