  Liked: The accommodation was in a good location and was fine for a one-night stay.

  Disliked: The accommodation was okay for a one-night stay, but the bed was quite worn, and the property wasn’t quite what we expected based on the photos. When we arrived, there was nobody there to let us in, and our phone call went unanswered. Fortunately, a very friendly cleaner let us in and showed us around, although she didn’t speak English. We were also not given a receipt for the tourist tax we were asked to pay.

  good value for money but there is room for improvement

  Liked: Location, room

  Disliked: Breakfast- some of the food was spoiled ( ham and juice) The lady preparing breakfast was very noisy from 6:30 in the morning, it was impossible to sleep any longer.

  Liked: I like location and apartment was comfortable.

  Disliked: We didn't have water one day,the rest 4 days we didn't have electricity in all apartment.We called many time owner and wrote a messages but he didn't get answer on any messages.The staff was very bad and impolite,food was the same every morning and nobody came to clean the apartment.

  Liked: Accomodation and brekfast are fine

  Disliked: The main issue was that the Booking.com listing stated that check-in started at 11:00, but after I made the reservation, the property informed us that check-in was actually from 15:00. This four-hour difference was a significant inconvenience, as we had booked an early morning flight and specifically chose this accommodation because of the advertised 11:00 check-in time. We requested to cancel the reservation due to this misleading information, but the property refused to issue a refund, so we had no choice but to continue with the booking. To make matters worse, when we arrived at 15:00, there was nobody there to let us into the property. We had to wait another 45 minutes before someone arrived to check us in. Overall, the information on the listing was inaccurate, and the check-in experience was poorly managed. Had the correct check-in time been advertised from the beginning, we would not have booked this accommodation.

  We did not really feel comfortable and confirm the other negative reviews (breakfast, check-in)

  Liked: The location was good.

  Disliked: Besides the croissants, the breakfast was not edible. We woke up early (around 6:30 am) as you heard every noice from the kitchen due to the thin doors (our room (Nr. 2) was next to the kitchen). The check in was not so easy with the key system. Nobody was reachable by phone or booking. The host who prepeard the breakfast was weird and wanted nearly demanded a tip. There was also no fridge in the room. We did not really feel comfortable and confirm the other negative reviews.

  Liked: Nice bathroom and communal kitchen.

  Disliked: The place itself was quite nice (although we were unable to lock our room from the outside), the room and bathroom were spacious. Our bed was a bit springy so it wasn’t the best sleep. But the main reason for low stars was our experience when first entering. We had to wait 20mins outside (despite us saying we would be there at 3pm - we arrived 3:05) and then when we entered there was a mix up as our room key was not present. We waited more than additional hour (1.5h total) before we were told we could have the key for a separate room. It meant that we couldn’t see as many things in Palermo as we wanted.
