Exceptional
Liked: Nice common kitchen, spacious room and bathroom, welcome drinks for free. Good communication, they let us leave our luggage there much earlier before checkin and offered themselves to store after checkout. Good location.
Good communication and very friendly host
Liked: They prepared a cot for our baby which was super clean and nice, the location was very good considering we had a car and could not get any closer to the city centre. Parking was on the street in front of the building - there was no problem to find a free spot. There was free coffee and tea in the common area and complimentary water and beer in the fridge in our room.
Disliked: the facility is a bit outdated but there is still everything you need for a short stay:)

Liked: We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. The location was perfect for us, just a 6–7 minute walk from both the bus and train stations, which made it very easy to visit a different city every day. It is also close to the historic center and there are several shops nearby. We chose the apartment with the garden and it was an excellent decision. The garden was green, peaceful, and pleasantly cool, making it the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or relax in the evening before going to bed. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Guests also have access to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need, including a microwave. Coffee and tea were available at all times. As a nice surprise, the mini fridge in the room was stocked with complimentary water, beer, and drinks for an aperitivo, and there was even a bottle of red wine waiting for us in the room. The apartment was equipped with many useful amenities, including air conditioning, a hairdryer, an iron, and plenty of clean towels. We also greatly appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the property after check-out and before our flight, which made our last day much more comfortable. A special mention goes to Giacomo, who was an exceptional host. He was very attentive, friendly, and communicative. We stayed in touch via WhatsApp before our arrival and he was always available to answer questions. The check-in process was extremely simple thanks to the clear instructions he provided. We highly recommend this apartment for its excellent location, cleanliness, great facilities, and, above all, the outstanding hospitality of the host.
Disliked: The area around the train station is somewhat busy and, as is often the case in many European cities, it can appear a bit untidy at times. However, this did not affect our stay in any way. My mother and I often returned late in the evening from our day trips, and we always felt completely safe walking back to the apartment.
Liked: Great room, the owner was very accommodating. The location was good and the value was excellent.
