  Comfortable room in great location

  Liked: Comfortable room, great location and friendly staff.

  Disliked: I paid extra for a room with a balcony. Unfortunately, the balcony was filthy with mould and micro plants growing out of a rug. The balcony was unusable.

  Good location. accommodation did not match the hotel experience and facilities advertised on Booking

  Liked: Excellent central location and very good air conditioning; these were the only major positives for us.

  Disliked: I travel frequently and always try to leave positive reviews, but this stay was very disappointing. The Wi-Fi did not work at all during our 7-night stay, which was particularly serious for us as we had work deadlines and needed a reliable connection. Although management explained that the problem was with their provider and beyond their direct control, no alternative solution was offered, such as a hotspot or another temporary internet connection available nowadays. We also experienced repeated hot-water problems, poor housekeeping and a poorly maintained terrace. Excellent location, but overall the property did not match the hotel experience advertised on Booking.com.

  Liked: Loved the open terrace. Loved the spacial room Loved the location and ease of travelling by the local bus routes. Likes that tgwre were shops/ restaurants close by. Like the ease of entry / access to room.

  Disliked: 1.no warm or hot water after 9pm 2.shower was leaking/ flooding the bathroom from missing shower glass screen & damaged ( holes) shower skirting. Kettle provided by no complmentry tea/ coffee for our night time arrival and for breakfast.

  Comfortable stay

  Liked: A comfortable room with an excellent aircon which was welcome. Good check in instructions made it easy to find and get keys etc.

  Disliked: Didn't see a member of staff the whole time I was there. I suspect this is normal. It's not really a hotel, it's airB&b style rented out rooms in a multi use tower block. It's a decent standard though and the chap who manages seems a really nice guy and is very responsive.
