  Liked: It's near historical centre and check in times are flexible. Baggage hold is possible.

  Disliked: It's next to the loud main street so its hard to sleep. The quality of the room looks better on photos than it actually is. Jacuzzi was dirty and we had to run it first and then clean it ourselves, jets themselves are in poor condition, mirror in the room was dirty as well. Water pressure is poor and draininge doesn't work very well resulting in a minor flood of the bathroom area. Bathroom door handle came off and there are exposed wires behind the bed from the led lights that don't work. There are no closests or any storage or shelves just a tiny clothes rack. Breakfast was poor with store brought desserts and you can't get cutlery or coffee yourself but have to wait on staff. Not worth the price and you're better off booking an actual hotel. I don't usually leave reviews but having stayed in many hotels and b&bs this was the first one to actually disappoint.

  Liked: We were close to the center and we had to walk through this small road with Vintage shops that was really nice. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: You could hear the traffic outside the window as our room was next to a big road.

  Affordable luxury in Palermo

  Liked: The location Is ideal as it is within walking distance from the centre of Palermo. We loved the sophisticated contemporary deco of our bedroom. The huge whirlpool in our bedroom was a very pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is very relaxed and original. The owners were very helpful and welcoming. I could recommend this property enough.
