Good
One of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had
Liked: Nothing.. absolutely nothing!
Disliked: I rarely leave reviews like this, but after everything that happened during and after my stay, I believe future guests should know about my experience before booking Casa alla Stazione. First of all, the problems started immediately upon arrival. I had made a normal reservation through Booking.com, with payment at the property. When I arrived, the host repeatedly pressured me in person to cancel my Booking.com reservation, telling me that if I cancelled it, he would give me a discount. I initially did not want to do this, but he kept insisting and presented it as a better deal for me. I was told that the price would be reduced, but in the end the promised discount was not actually applied as agreed. I paid for the accommodation in cash. Later, despite the fact that I had physically arrived, stayed at the property and paid for my stay, the reservation was marked as a no-show. In other words, according to the system, it appeared as though I had never arrived at all. Fortunately, I had kept evidence of my stay and my communication with the host. I contacted Booking.com and disputed what had happened. After the case was reviewed, the dispute was resolved in my favor. Unfortunately, the problems were not limited to the reservation. The accommodation itself was also very disappointing. There was a noticeable smell of dampness inside, which made the room unpleasant. The bed linen did not feel properly clean, and overall the standard of cleanliness was far below what I expected from accommodation offered to paying guests. There were also problems with the plumbing/drainage. The drain was clogged and did not function properly, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The location was another major negative for me. The surrounding area felt extremely run-down and unpleasant, particularly around the station. Personally, I did not feel comfortable in the neighborhood, especially at night.

Liked: Poloha ubytovania. Ako tak pokus o zrekonštruovanie kúpeľne, ale napriek tomu zlý pocit keď sa Vám nedokáže uschnúť ani uterák kvôli zlému vetraniu.
Disliked: Ubytovanie v pivnici, bez klimatizácie, zatuchnutý vzduch, smrad ktorý sa ťažko vetrá keď jediná možnosť je vetrať cez pivničné okienko do ulice. Je možné že dostanete niečo iné ako ste sa dohodli, potenciálne Vám ubytovateľ zruší rezerváciu, a tým prídete o Wizz kredity a podobné cashbacky.

Liked: Everything was as advertised and it was a pleasant stay. They even accomodated us with an earlier check in than it says.
Disliked: Only tiny thing we didnt like was the low water pressure but everything else was good
Liked: The location was close to city center.
Disliked: The location was dirty, if you wanted to switch off the lights when you go to sleep you have to switch all the electricity in the house and we were not able to charge our phones, it's an underground with a lot of bug, the internet is not working, the bed sheets were dirty and the bathroom horrible, the shower head it was very dirty, the hot water was barely hot... I don't know how a location like this gets to be rented in this conditions...
